This site is published by OMINA, a company in the process of incorporation in Switzerland. For any question relating to data: hello@omina.ch. Full legal identification will be published once entry in the commercial register is complete.

WHAT THIS SITE COLLECTS

The "Describe your organization" form collects: the name of your organization, its website, its sector, its country, the name and professional email address of the contact person, the designation of the entity to be observed, the organizational context, the purpose of the request and — optionally — how you discovered OMINA. The date, time and page of origin of the submission are recorded.

The site collects nothing else: no audience analytics, no advertising tracker and no tracking cookie is currently used.

PURPOSES

These elements are used to answer your request, to assess the conditions of an engagement and to manage the professional relationship that may follow. They are used neither for third-party marketing nor for profiling, and are never resold. These processing operations rest on the pre-contractual steps taken at your initiative and on OMINA’s legitimate interest in managing this relationship.

WHAT THIS SITE DOES NOT DO

The information submitted through this form belongs to the business relationship: it does not enter OMINA’s analytical process and is not transmitted to any artificial intelligence system. The OMINA observation bears on publicly accessible information environments; OMINA analyses neither confidential organizational information nor natural persons.

RETENTION

The technical copy of submissions kept by the site is purged quarterly; for technical reasons specific to the software used, it includes the IP address and the browser user agent, which disappear with it. Correspondence that is not followed by an engagement is kept for at most twelve months after the last exchange. Correspondence linked to an engagement relationship is kept for the duration of the relationship, then according to the applicable legal and contractual obligations. The host’s technical backups may temporarily extend these durations.

HOSTING AND RECIPIENTS

The site and the mailbox are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland). Submissions are transmitted to hello@omina.ch. As with any website, the hosting server keeps technical logs — including IP addresses — for security and operational purposes, according to the host’s practices.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access to the data concerning you, its rectification or its deletion, and object to its processing. Where European Union law applies, you may also request its portability or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. A request to hello@omina.ch suffices; answer within thirty days.
