A proprietary analytical infrastructure, a methodology, and a structured human interpretation.
OMINA was born of research into a question still largely unexplored: how do artificial intelligence systems build their understanding of organizations?
This research was conducted by a data scientist seeking to understand how artificial intelligence systems construct their answers from the information available: from what, along which associations, with which gaps.
An organization must be able to understand how its activity, its services and its identity are interpreted, and whether this interpretation distinguishes it from the entities it may be confused with.
This research revealed a blind spot: while organizations have long structured the information they publish, they still have few means of understanding how this information is interpreted and reconstructed by artificial intelligence systems.
In an environment where artificial intelligence systems produce ever more answers from available information, the question is not only whether an organization is mentioned, but whether it is correctly understood.
OMINA does not seek to influence the answers produced by artificial intelligence systems, but to allow organizations to understand the information on which those answers rest.
OMINA develops a proprietary analytical infrastructure and a methodology for observing how organizations are represented and reconstructed in the information systems used by artificial intelligence.
This infrastructure articulates observation, interpretation and governance so as to make this understanding accessible to organizations: the instrument observes under defined conditions; the reading is established by OMINA.
Today, this capability is operated by OMINA, through engagements bearing on a designated entity. Organizations comprising several brands, subsidiaries or entities can be accompanied through adapted arrangements, on request.
In time, this observation capability may become directly accessible to certain organizations wishing to observe several entities, brands or organizational ensembles over the long term.
